本產(chǎn)品主要用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、真空電鍍、水電鍍、電泳、陽極氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、噴塑、噴粉、靜電噴漆面、烤漆面以及各種天花吊頂氧化板、鏡面板、覆膜板、輥涂板等制品的絲印及移印。

油墨特性：

1、平光、附著力佳、耐汽油、耐化學(xué)品；

2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；

3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強(qiáng)、抗刮傷；

4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品程度佳；

印刷：

選用網(wǎng)目為100-350目，以120T網(wǎng)紗計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達(dá)30~35㎡。

表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-15分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，48小時后達(dá)較佳性能。

1．用配套專用稀釋劑開油水

2．用718洗網(wǎng)水洗網(wǎng)。

3．或添加配套硬化劑10%可增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。

4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分鐘佳能更優(yōu)。

測試方法（完全干燥后）：

1．3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。

使用方法：

1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑進(jìn)行稀釋，不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑稀釋，使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢�，用后隨時密封。

2．?dāng)嚢钑r加本公司配套開油水10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。

3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現(xiàn)其他附著力，化學(xué)反應(yīng)等不良現(xiàn)象。

4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收

注意事項：

1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。

2．在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可;

3．環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質(zhì)材料墊底進(jìn)行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵

4．根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠(yuǎn)離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環(huán)境下存放
